I have worked through Onyx Tactical Performance with Chad Kirkham for just over a year now. The experience has been nothing but outstanding. Not only was his programming top notch, but he had to navigate around many issues I had due to a severe car accident injury on my part, where I broke my neck. In truth, Chad was actually a large part of my successful rehabilitation.
Inside of one year with Chad, I went from barley being able to walk a few hundred metres, and having trouble with opening a door, to jogging and deadlifting 2 plates. Any time I had an issue, he was happy to change things up, and never kept me in the dark. Even with my massive challenges, he paved a road to success.
With Onyx Tactical Performance’s coaching and advice I completed one of Canada’s most advanced and toughest ERU (S.W.A.T.) selections. All along the way my coach Chad offered up little tips and tricks to get advantages that ultimately led to me being successful. I trusted in the advice because Chad not only studied the work extensively, he’s also competed in the selection style events that I had, as well as working with various companies who created and ran their own selection events. [Onyx Tactical Performance] fitness training program is unique. Before I got my fitness plan, I wasn’t too motivated to go to the gym.
