Anyone wanting to take over their health, wellness, and maximize their performance! While the context of most of our content relates to the tactical athletes the underlying principles are valuable to all people and athletes.
This program has been specifically designed to be an accompaniment to a S&C routine. This system covers the multi-planar facets of health, wellness, and performance. Allowing you to rebuild and develop faster than you would be able to without it, maximize body fat loss, and to live an overall higher quality life. We do so through individualized recommendations, as well as through education series available through the membership website, and through group Q&A calls
For almost all our clients we highly recommend this. Simply put there are so many misconceptions about Nutrition & Performance Optimization, where almost all people are leaving gains at the door. To the point where we have had a client in the past have a fantastically developed S&C program but saw negative growth with his performance, but after only 1 month of using our Nutrition & Performance Optimization service on the exact same cycle, they hit 7 new PR’s and improved their body composition.
The way to think about it is S&C is the stimulus which primes growth to occur, while Nutrition & Performance Optimization are the building blocks that allows you to grow and develop. Even with the best S&C program, you won’t be able to develop if your Nutrition & Performance Optimization is dysfunctional.

But on average our clients tend to spend 1-3 hours per month with this system on calls with us and implementing the tools we provide them.
Yes, normally we have these programs set on 12 month contracts but will sometimes make exceptions for how long they are depending on ship out dates for deployments, basic training, or other long term events where you will not be able to access the service.
We allow for this service to be paid in full or with monthly credit card installments. If paid in full you will receive a discounted price.
Each of our coaching offerings are priced relative to the coach’s education, experiences, expertise, and time with our organization. This means the pricing will generally fluctuate a fairly significant margin, but on average our coaches start at $125/month for individualized coaching and go up relative to the factors listed above. Additional discounts are available by either purchasing with Strength and Conditioning Coaching or paying in full for the contracted duration.
