S&C Coaching FAQS
No you don't! While we primarily focus on delivering content directed towards tactical athletes, there is no need for client to currently be one or previously be one. Anyone who wants to improve themselves and become more robust human being is more than welcome!
Our programs are for anyone so long as they want to take control of their health and wellness and become the best they can be. We've designed individualized programs for civilian sheepdogs, parents, semi-professional athletes, Police officers, firefighters, medics, combat arms military members, and even Special operations soldiers. While we may focus on the Tactical athlete, every person can benefit from our coaching.
Each of our coaching offerings are priced relative to the coach’s education, experiences, expertise, and time with our organization. This means the pricing will generally fluctuate a fairly significant margin, but on average our coaches start at $125/month for individualized coaching and go up relative to the factors listed above. But additional discounts are available by paying in full for the contract or by also purchasing Nutrition and Performance Optimization Coaching.
Our Fitness Programming is designed to be the pinnacle of what is available for entry level S&C development, by being affordable and providing an immense amount of value for the price. With it you will receive one of our many pre-made multi-year long periodized S&C program which a focuses on specific goal you want to develop, access to an entry version of our membership website, no contract duration, and the ability to sign up for The Pack. A facebook community exclusive for our clients where we do monthly Q&A’s for your questions, work to develop community of high performing individuals.
Our S&C coaching is a more expansive and individually tailored experience normally with a 12 month contract. With a fully individualized S&C program with coaching interactions, exercise form assessments, a coach dedicated to working with you, individual video calls with your coach and access to a group Q&A calls, a more expansive membership website, and a more bonus offerings.
Its up to you which program to choose based off what you need and the funds you have available.

• People wanting a long-term periodized training solution, which is not common in modern fitness programming space

Who I recommend choose the Strength & Conditioning Coaching:
• People needing results quickly, tailored to them and their capabilities at an individual basis
• People who are needing specialized programs due to wanting to join a unit with a special mission task such as Close Protection, Sniper/Reconnaissance, Mountain Warfare, Combat/Clearance Diver, Pathfinder, or Airborne
• People who are in a more advanced training age where to properly develop they must have highly tailored programs
• Those wanting to join an Enhanced Infantry Unit, or SOF organization such as Rangers, Royal Marine Commandos, Green Beret, UKSOF, Marine Raider, ETC
• Those looking to achieve higher peak performance
• Those with a specific deadline for achieving their goals such as having 6 months to prepare for the police academy
We normally like to keep workouts in the 45-90 minute range per day since many of our clients have families, work, see friends regularly, and participate in recreational tasks. This allows a balance of home, work, and training life that reduces stress levels. But because this is individually tailored experience we also have done a range of workouts from 10 minutes per day, all the way to 2-3 hours per day. These are tailored to the individual, their goals, and their available time.
The answer is simply yes, because we are fully organized online we have the capability of coaching people wherever they live. Currently we have clients living in England, Sweden, Australia, and the Americas. We have even coached people who were on deployment overseas and had access to minimal equipment and minimal internet access.
The only stipulation that we have is sometimes we will omit people if we feel that the organization that they are working for will harm or hinder our soldiers, our emergency services personnel, or civilians at Large. While we haven't had many situations like this before we do take a proactive approach to ensuring the safety of the communities that we are trying to serve.
To make full use of our services we recommend that you have a decent understanding of the English language and have access to high-speed internet as we regularly have video conference calls with our clients.
Our programs are designed to develop high performing and resilient tactical athletes, no matter the field or goal. So yes, we do. But there is a caveat, we believe in the sanctity and high standards of Special Operations Units. So, while we do provide Cognitive Performance Coaching, Nutrition and Performance Optimization as well as Strength and Conditioning that will be specifically beneficial to Special Operations Selection when applied properly over a long enough time horizon. None of our programs will offer any secret insights or tools for guaranteeing passing selection. Because based off our teams’ experience and interviewing dozens of our clients who have attended and passed selection, we believe there is no way to cheat your way into these units.
Instead, what we do is:
• Deliver tools and practices that will benefit anyone, in any profession, and any walk of life directed to the client’s individual capabilities and goals.
• Provide coaching devoted to the overall performance of the tactical athlete bringing them closer to their peak potential.
• Provide cognitive performance coaching that will be beneficial to people seeking to find or gain more clarity on their purpose, increase their emotional and mental resilience through directed practices, understand the intricacies of their psychological and emotional profile, and more.
What we do not do:
• Give the secrets to passing selection, because there are none.
• Disclose any specific information on what will occur over selection, or when they will likely occur.
• Provide coaching to get past the psychological assessments or cheat your way into your desired unit.
If you want someone who will give you a timeline of events that will happen, so you know what and when to expect things. Then look elsewhere. If you are looking for someone to give you secrets to pass selection, save your money because they do not exist.
Selection is designed to select individuals who will be an asset to the organization. How we help you get there is by providing coaching and direction to helping you become a better asset to their team and organization. By helping you achieve your maximal performance capabilities through physical development, reducing injury potential, training your mind, and educating you on how to maximize their nutrition and performance enhancing structures. In essence holistic development of you, to maximize your chances of passing and in-turn becoming a bigger asset to your unit.
For individuals who have limited equipment time availability or unique situations that they must deal with. We have a program for them we have both our minimal equipment and minimal time requirement trainings and our fitness programming. Also our individualized strength and conditioning system will be designed around the equipment that you have the time that you have and all of your unique situations to create the most optimal program for you and your situation.
Yes they do. We're constantly searching for new content and designing new programs for our clients. So long as you purchase one of the overarching archetypes, such as Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition and Performance Optimization, or Cognitive Performance Coaching you will have access to the new content and programs that we develop pertaining to the archetype you purchased. We don't like staying stagnant, and tend to have very regular course updates and content being uploaded to our membership website.
Generally speaking we like to add content every week or so. But it is spread out across multiple sections such as Cognitive Performance, S&C, Nutrition and Optimization practices.
Our coaches engage our clients at least 5 days a week with most doing seven days per week. So programs are adjusted and developed fairly regularly and quickly. For our clients who have dynamic needs normally if you give them two to three days notice they can fully adjust a program to fit your new scheduling needs or equipment availability. But in many circumstances after they received the message that a program needs to be adjusted the new program will be up within a few hours.
Yes, normally we have these programs set on 12 month contracts but will sometimes make exceptions for how long they are depending on ship out dates for deployments, basic training, or other long term events where you will not be able to access the service.
