Mylan Clairmont
Strength & Conditioning Coach, SOF Selection Specialist
NSCA-CSCS
BA- Human Kinetics
MSc- Strength and Conditioning
Mylan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience working both in high performance sport and online training. He holds a BA in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University and a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh. Mylan has completed internships with the Ottawa Redblacks, Scottish Rugby, Rugby Canada and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS).
Following the completion of his masters degree, began working with tactical athletes online. Having trained police, military and firefighters to increase on the job performance as well as pass selections including: Green Beret, JTF2, CBRN (Canada’s Nuclear/Biohazard Spec Ops Unit), SWAT, MARSOC (Marine Corps Special Operations), and others – all online! Following his internship with Rugby Canada, Mylan was hired on to lead the strength and conditioning for Canada’s Senior Women’s XV team. He has since moved to the men’s program where he assists the Senior Men’s National Teams (7s, 15s, National Academy) and leads S&C for the Men’s Under 20s program.
Mylan’s philosophy focuses around developing overall athleticism, not just bolstering your numbers in the gym. If your improved strength, power, and fitness does not translate to on the job performance, then it isn’t worth pursuing. If you want to be the best, pass selection, and get home safe all while be able to overcome the hardships of the tactical athlete lifestyle. The Mylan is your man.

Isabelle Lacroix
Yoga Instructor
Certified Yoga Teacher
Isabelle is a yoga teacher with a 200 requisite hour certification and 6 years of practical yoga knowledge as an instructor or as a practitioner, making her a certified badass in all things yoga! But her expertise goes beyond just a piece of paper certification but also into the practical application of the yoga for performance. She has done this through years of honing yoga for her Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and MMA career where she had won gold in Muay Thai for International (Thailand), Inter-Continental (Mexico), North American (Iowa), and National (Burlington) events. Is undefeated in BJJ, winning gold the Next Gen Toronto Tournament, Nationals at AJO Tour (Toronto) and has a 2-1 record in MMA with a championship belt at 105 Lbs (Napanee).
She translated this love of martial arts and yoga into coordinating programs for women and children for MAS Academy of Martial Arts (who have been successful at developing some of canada’s top martial artists, with many competing at professional levels) and pioneered their yoga program specifically for their athletes. With her yoga she focused not only on providing the physical improvements that come with practicing yoga but also on the regenerative abilities to heal aches, pains, and potentially bodily imbalances that come with intense training sessions. Isabelle now works in the Early Childhood Education field but her love of yoga has pushed her to continue practicing and instructing, where she has translated that love into instructing the military and emergency services community on regenerative yoga through our coaching services.
